Despite a drop in median price from $101k to $94k and a 1% increases in the average sales price from $165k a year ago to $167k, in Waterloo, and a median price decrease in Cedar Falls from $203k to $170k, with average sales down 3% at $203 from $213 a year ago, houses are selling, and fast!  Home Ownership is the American Dream, call your local Realtor® today and make your dream come true.
